we live in Wisconsin, but come on! -6 degrees??? BRRRRR. But yes, we still ran this morning. 9.5 miles. I am sure everyone in their cars thought we were nuts. After the first two miles when the blood got bumping, it wasn't too bad. Again, it isn't the cold, it is the snow.
