Well, I ran today and my foot felt alright. I am icing it. It will be interesting to see how it feels throughout the day and even more importantly - tomorrow morning.
It felt great to be with the group again! Miss you guys! But man! Was it cold! It took us all a little off guard. Hopefully, this will be the last of bitterly cold.
So, in hopes of a soon to be here warm spring....
